Mango Tiramisu

Ingredients: Base
  • 1 cup Hot Water
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • 20pcs Ladyfingers (Store Bought)
Ingredients: Mango Sauce
  • 2 cups Fresh Mango Pieces
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ½ Lemon (Juice)
Ingredients: Mascarpone
  • 12 ounce Mascarpone Cheese (350 grams)
  • 9 ounce Sour Cream (260 grams)
  • 4 tablespoons Vanilla Sugar
Instructions
  1. Dissolve instant coffee with hot water. Allow it to cool.
  2. In a saucepan, add mangoes, sugar, and water. Simmer on low to medium heat.
  3. Remove from heat after 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Mash the remaining mango pulp with a wooden spoon.
  5. Add in lemon juice and mix completely.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool.
  7. To make the mascarpone mixture, in a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone with sour cream and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth.
  8. Prepare the baking pan by lining it with aluminium foil.
  9. Dip the ladyfingers into the coffee mixture.
  10. Cover the whole bottom of the baking pan with ladyfingers.
  11. Spread over about a third of the mascarpone mixture.
  12. Top this with half of the mango sauce.
  13. Repeat the whole process until we have three layers.
  14. Chill the tiramisu in the fridge.
  15. Dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
  16. Topped it with fresh mangoes and Bubble Blends Fruity Pearls Mango.
