- 1 and 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups Water
- 2 1/2 cups Frozen Passion Fruit Puree
- 1 serving Fruity Pearls Passion Fruit
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Add in passion fruit puree with constant stirring.
- Pour into the base of your ice cream machine and process it.
- Transfer to a container and freeze overnight.
- Add a generous scoop of Fruity Pearls Passion Fruit on top of the sorbet.
