Delicious Passion Fruit Boba Sorbet

Ingredients:
  • 1 and 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 1/2 cups Frozen Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1 serving Fruity Pearls Passion Fruit

Directions:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Add in passion fruit puree with constant stirring.
  4. Pour into the base of your ice cream machine and process it.
  5. Transfer to a container and freeze overnight.
  6. Add a generous scoop of Fruity Pearls Passion Fruit on top of the sorbet.
