Cherry Panna Cotta Jelly

Ingredients: Panna Cotta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp gelatine (approx 10g)
Ingredients: Cherry sauce
  • 300 g cherries, frozen
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
Ingredients: Toppings
  • Fresh cherries, chopped
  • 1 serving Bubble Blends Fruity Pearls Cherry


Direction:
  1. Put the gelatine in a bowl and add ¼ cup of cold water.
  2. Let the gelatine swell for about 5 minutes and squeeze out any excess liquid.
  3. In a saucepan, pour the cream and sugar.
  4. Bring the cream to boil while stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  5. Remove half of the cream mixture and add it to the dissolved gelatine.
  6. Mix the remaining cream with the gelatine mixture.
  7. Add the vanilla and mix evenly.
  8. Pour the panna cotta mixture into ramekins or small bowls.
  9. Let it cool and allow it to set.
  10. In another saucepan, add the cherries and sugar.
  11. Cook for 10-15 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  12. Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add to the cherry mixture.
  13. Continue to cook until the cherry sauce has thickened.
  14. Remove from the heat and allow to cool
  15. Transfer the panna cotta to a dessert plate.
  16. Spread the cherry sauce over the panna cotta.
  17. Topped with fresh chopped cherries and Bubble Blends Fruity Pearls Cherry.
