- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp gelatine (approx 10g)
- 300 g cherries, frozen
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Fresh cherries, chopped
- 1 serving Bubble Blends Fruity Pearls Cherry
Direction:
- Put the gelatine in a bowl and add ¼ cup of cold water.
- Let the gelatine swell for about 5 minutes and squeeze out any excess liquid.
- In a saucepan, pour the cream and sugar.
- Bring the cream to boil while stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Remove half of the cream mixture and add it to the dissolved gelatine.
- Mix the remaining cream with the gelatine mixture.
- Add the vanilla and mix evenly.
- Pour the panna cotta mixture into ramekins or small bowls.
- Let it cool and allow it to set.
- In another saucepan, add the cherries and sugar.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add to the cherry mixture.
- Continue to cook until the cherry sauce has thickened.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool
- Transfer the panna cotta to a dessert plate.
- Spread the cherry sauce over the panna cotta.
- Topped with fresh chopped cherries and Bubble Blends Fruity Pearls Cherry.
